Looking to put a price on my used PC

I have an Asus M32AD stock PC. Used but in very good condition. Curious what would be considered an acceptable asking price for this computer as I'm looking to upgrade very soon.

16GB DDR3
GT 740 4GB
2TB HDD

Everything is functional and in good condition but I am completely clueless as to what this system is worth used

At this point in time, a few hundred bucks at most. If you price lower it might sell faster, but obviously less money.
The GPU is really whats bringing down your price here. The rest of the system is pretty decent, however, without a proper GPU in todays market you cant ask for a large sum.

I have a GTX 970 that I pulled out of it to part out separately after I got an offer from a friend for it. Would I be better off trying to sell the PC whole with it still in?

The only issue is getting a prebuilt motherboard into a standard case as I'm not sure how will it will line up but this would be perfect to replace my buddies aging X4 965, 4gb RAM system & will pair perfect with his R9 290 for 1080P gaming.
