So I got a new Gigabyte RX 480 G1 8GB (https://www.newegg.com/global/de/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125895)

I tried installing the card, it works, LED and Fans are working, but the card is not being detected by the motherboard/device manager.

Tried 5 different BIOS versions, different PCIe Slots, different PCIe cables, but still nothing.

My MoBo: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO/

I am out of ideas, any suggestions?

Other cards are being detected without a problem.

2 ways you can do it easy way and hard way (I don't know if it will work for you) Do not suggest hard way unless your willing to

1. Checking if you plugged the cord INTO the card and not the motherbord

2. Clean reset of windows (Do not recommend if i am wrong all of your work is gone)

PSU is XFX XTR 750W.

Tried plugged in with mobo, mobo and gpu, gpu only, also tried setting graphics in bios to PEG, CPU only and CPU and PCIe.

Tried everything I can think of, so I'll probably just try to send it back and get a new one, if that is not an option I'll try the oven method :/
