Expert upgrade advice needed

I would like to upgrade my PC but Im not sure which component I should buy. This pc is used for gaming. Either I want a large 4K high performance G Sync monitor or a high end Nvidia Graphics card. Here are my current system specs and thanks for the help

Its cheaper to buy drugs now days then most graphics cards. Go ahead and invest in the monitor now, you can buy the high end video card when prices come back down to Earth.
