Tritton Xtreme UV200

Hello,
I’ve been trying to find the drivers for the adapter Tritton Xtreme UV200 to install on my windows 10 but seems impossible. I would like to ask for help... does anyone have those drivers or is there any place I can get them? The manufacturer does not have a website anymore...

Drivers only go up to win7 from what I can find.
