I'm planning to buy a 144hz 1ms Monitor I'm currently looking at these and which one would be the better one?

I'd go with the Acer. I like backlit LCD's and it's £80 cheaper.
I actually own 2 Acer monitors (27" and 24")...both over 5 years old and never had an issue with either of them.

They're all fairly comparable.

TN panels, 24", 144Hz.

The AOC still supports VGA, so I'd rule that one out just out of principal really (VGA can't do 144Hz, so why include it??).

The Samsung would probably be the 'best' IF you had an AMD GPU, due to the FreeSync implementation.

If you have an nVidia GPU, they're all going to be (roughly) the same.

Most of those appear to be older models though, so there's a pretty good chance you'll have to use DisplayPort to achieve 144Hz.
While older HDMI spec 'could' do it, alot of monitors didn't implement >120Hz over HDMI until HDMI 2.0 came around.

Depends on price really. The G2460PF is usually much cheaper than the others, and it's a pretty good option. The Samsung will be the best choice in terms of image quality, but it doesn have a curved screen so that's something to consider.

The G2460PF, MG248QR, and C24FG73 all do 120 Hz over HDMI.
