Good Budget and Small Size Monitor For Movies And Gaming

I Can't Decide on which monitor i should get

choices are:
Orion LG1711 17.1" Wide Led Monitor, DSUB - 46 $
AOC E970SwnL 18.5" Wide Led Monitor DSUB - 68 $
20" BenQ GL2070, LED, 1600x900 DSUB & DVI - 69 $
or a 19" Telecloud LED Full HD HDMI TV - 67 $

the tv is good since hdmi but the specs are:

how is that compared to pc monitors???

TV isn't good as if you're gonna watch close (because there are less pixels, but depends from model to model), 30cm-50cm but from 1m it should be gorgeous.
If you are gonna game from distance then TV is best choice but its 22" TV not 24" it has thic bezels.

My go would be for TV, but if you can strech the budget to 120$ and if you can order from amazon or ebay newgg i can suggest other monitors.
