My monitor is flickering and turning off randomly

Hi,
About 8 months ago i bought a new monitor and a new pc with it.The monitor i bought is Acer ka220hq which is connected by HDMI cable.I connected it and it worked well in first.But after 2 to 3 months later, i see more and more weird things with it.First off, it goes black randomly and the lamp is lighting blue every 1 second, and after some time (5 or in worst scenario 20 seconds) it shows Acer logo and works normal until, of course, it starts to do that again.It is happening randomly,but not often,about 2 times in one hour.It can happen when i am gaming,browsing,doing youtube and so on.But it can really piss me off sometimes.
NEXT OFF is the weird green or red or any color X like looking things on my screen.It sometimes,BUT SOMETIMES, appears before the first problem i mentioned up there.It is not clear color, but light variant of it.It will go like this(x is the thing showing i explained and I illustrated a monitor with it)

If you are asking for pc specs,here are they:

Intel core i5 7400 3.0 ghz stock cooler

Xfx rx 460 2gb single fan

8gb ram

Asrock h110m

500W chieftec psu( not using any kind of adapter for neiter gpu/cpu

sounds like a bad cable or bad cable connection. It could also be a bad monitor; can you test the monitor on the different computer?

I had one like that. ended up being just the HDMI cable was bad.. replaced it and everything is AOK

Yea, actually i used the monitor on the other pc, altrough it happened A LOT LOT LOT rarely, as well i used a vga cable.
