Replacing multiple components, able to reactivate Windows 10?

Hello. so I am thinking about upgrading my CPU, which incidentally would involve changing motherboards and ram as well. My PC has Windows 10. After reading online, I found that Windows 10 could be reactivated after a hardware change by linking the OS to your account. I've gone through the steps to do this. However, I'm concerned that this won't apply since I am changing out my CPU, mobo, and RAM, thus effectively changing the whole platform. Will I still be able to reactivate Windows 10 regardless? Also, I no longer have the usb drive I used to install Windows initially.

Yes if you link it to a Microsoft Account , you shouldn't have an issue.

as long as this is a copy of windows 10 is not from a prebuilt computer like a dell or HP then you can transfer it over:
