My screen has no signal please help

Hey guys my PC Has been working well for 2 years. But today i opened my computer and all the lights are on and the fans spin... But monitor has no signal. I have tried everything changing cpu and gpu ram all
But no results. I have tested everything but theres nothing to see physically.
