which of the two monitor is the best choice?

ill use it mainly for reading and a little bit of overwatch "benq gc2870h" (https://www.benq.com/en/monitor/stylish/gc2870h.html) or "asus vz249h" (https://www.asus.com/ph/Monitors/VZ249H/)

I'd take the ASUS one. The Benq one is larger which could make reading a bit easier but IPS > VA in terms of general viewing quality. Other than that they have fairly similar features.
