reboots randomly cpu related windows 10

reboots randomly. was told to run a program called perfmon /report through run and saw that Process taskhostw.exe [ProcessId: 8528] has a high CPU consumption of 99.6%..

ive checked to see if this is related to heat, drivers or condition. but all is fine. i cant think of what it could be. please help

2| If you system usage at idle is that high, then your'e experiencing an issue known as memory leak. Try a repair install and see if the issue is averted.
