ZOWIE XL2430 24" TN LED Grey Screen

Hi, I have a problem where if the monitor has been switched off for a while (but PC is still on), when I turn monitor back on I just have a grey screen, no cursor or anything. Lights on PC are still on, but I have to switch PC off, then back on, and all is fine again. I have sleep, hibernation etc. turned off. Using Windows 10 64 bit Home. This happens most of the time, but not all of the time. Can anyone help, please?

Did you disable 'Dim the Display' and 'Turn off the Display' also? These can be found in power plan settings but Dim is not supported by all monitors.

Hi, Yes they are disabled as well.
