Arma 2 Low FPS

If anyone can help,

I have just installed Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead and I am getting the lowest frame-rate that I have ever seen on this game, and I know for a fact that I have the requirements to play this game at a decent frame-rate.

Specs:
Make & Model: MSI GL62M 7RDX
Video Card: Discrete NVIDIA GTX 1050
Processor: Intel i5-7300HQ at 2.5GHz
RAM: 8GB of RAM (DDR4)

I have checked the minimum requirements for this game, and I exceed them, but still get around 1-15 frames. I have tried setting the graphics settings to the lowest possible, and the frame-rate does not increase.

If anyone can please help me with this issue, I would be very appreciative.

PS: This is for Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead, not the DayZ mod

How much ram are you using? And you should be getting 80-100 FPS on max settings. So this seems strange... I would suggest to redownload it
