Video card not working

Hello there, I've just reinstalled my windows 10 for my Dell 17R 5373 laptop (i7-4500U, 8gb ram, AMD R9 M270) and when I tried to download AMD video card drivers I've got to download the adrenaline version instead of crimson edition (I've had crimson edition before). I've did it, I didn't saw any changes so I thought that nothing changed, I set everything up and when I tried to play Minecraft it said that I was using my integrated video card instead of my dedicated one. I've tried booting up CS:GO and GTA 5 and the FPS was super low, which means that I was having to use a integrated video card there too. I went to the switchable graphics tab and everything there was set to "High Performance" which means the dedicated video card had to be enabled, but it wasn't. I've tried searching for crimson edition, once I installed those editions (after fully uninstalling adrenaline edition) I had errors like "No hardware detected" and stuff like that. Any ideas on how to fix?
