Best motherboard(no overclocking)

Hello,I am confused between two motherboard to choose.
Gigabyte aorus z370 gaming 3 or Asus tuf gaming plus.They have very little price difference in my country.My processor is 8700k
My major software to use is autocad,sketch up,photoshop etc 3d or graphics work.I would also like to gaming.
My gpu is zotac amp1060 3gb.I dont want to overclock my processor.

Though you said no overclocking, if you do decide to in the future the Asus will be the better motherboard. Also all those pretty lights.

Erm, if you're not OC'ing why you getting a K CPU? You could go cheaper with a Non-K CPU and either get a Z motherboard or wait for budget B360 motherboards.
