My Pc won't boot windows after I set it to sleep, and it will only restart whnever I try.

I'm using a dual boot system with Windows 10 preview build and Ubuntu. I installed Ubuntu along side Windows 10 and am using the grub boot menu. Whenever I try to boot Windows my PC just restarts and goes back to the grub menu. It seems to be something to do with windows being in hibernation or not shutting down properly. I can't access Windows at all so I can't fix it from there. How do I shut down Windows without booting it?
