Ive got 8 GB of ddr3 ram with the speed of 1600mhz. For some reason it is only using 7gbs. How do i fix this ?

It's showing 1GB hardware reserved (likely integrated graphics), that is were your missing RAM is.

Run Windows Memory Diagnostic (found under Windows Administrative Tools, though many people prefer MemTest software - requires you to download an iso image.
