Any Mouse i plug in give me a "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"

Any mouse i plug into my laptop gives me The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28). I have tried to uninstall and search for an update but i have not been able too. I am using a Logitech G300s and have tried download their driver software which ended up not recognizing the mouse.

I have a Logitech M170 mouse that works just fine with Windows 10.

I have downloaded that but it does not recognize the mouse even though it is inserted.
