Problem With Microsoft Edge

Hello , I have a question about a web page . When I am trying to open my University's Page there are some moments that a strange page (prize4732 . streaming-line-server20 . loan) appears instead of my University's Page . I tried to open this page from my mobile but it still loads the strange page sometimes . Can someone explain me why this strange page appears ?

Also the page loads fine after some tries .
