8700 build. Is it good?

Hello everyone! Need some help. I'm planning to buy:
1) Core i7-8700;
2) ASRock z370 Pro4;
3) G.Skill Aegis 3000 CL16 8x2GB;
4) Crucial mx500 500GB\Samsung 850 evo 500GB (which one should I go for? is difference between them nociceable?);
5) Macho rev. B\Hyper 212 Evo\Hyper 212x (not sure because of 6 cores at 4.4);
6) XFX XTR Series 650W;
7) Overclocked GTX 1070\2060

So, what should I change? What about this PSU? Is there anything better for this price? Maybe 550w enough for this build (oc 1070\2060 with 8700 in Turboboost) or I should buy 650w PSU? Can't choose PSU and cooler for a long time.

Nice setup , go with the 850 Evo and the PSU is very good , made by SEASONIC.
Cryorig H7 cooler if available to you. If not any of those listed are decent.

550 watts will work or get the 650 if you wish it will allow for future upgrades.

Is fan on this XFX XTR good? I wanted to go for Seasonic, but I read about their fans and decided to choose the other one.

I own that XTR and have had it for a few years , with no fan issues.
