Windows 10 setup wont boot from USB

I downloaded Windows 10 from Microsoft site, it all finnished successfuly on my USB, then i went into bios and changed boot priority to Removable Devices, then pressed f10 to save and restart but PC booted normaly to Windows it wont boot to Win 10 setup at all. Any tips?
My specs are:
Motherboard: Asus P6T Pro WS
CPU: i7 920 not OC-ed.
RAM: 6gb ram 1066mhz ddr3
HDD: 500gb WD
GPU: 9800GTX 512MB i have GT 730 1gb but it was making alot of noise
PSU: Enermax Pro 525W
Current OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit.
 
Solution
Please check in bios > USB Configuration > Legacy USB Support set to (Auto).

That a pretty old bios latest release is 2011, not many boot options available, when the machine is doing the POST try the F12 or F10 key to bring up a boot options menu to select booting from usb or hd (not sure if that version of bios support this)

Checked it and its set to auto, tried f10 and f12 it wasnt doing anything. Seems like ill have to use CD then instead. Thanks for answer.
