Windows 10 won't boot

Hi, yesterday night I was trying to fix some stuttering in a game and came across a video and did almost everything up until 4:10 and restarted my pc. After that it wouldn't boot. I left it over the night and came back in the morning, I got access into my system but it was shoppy and laggy as hell. I tried to reactivate every non-windows services once I got access again, but when I restarted it wouldn't boot again. Here is the video link: https://youtu.be/DBFW7RyaRrM

The best way is to go to safe mode try 6th method https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10
and after you get into your windows, type recovery and then open system restore, after that choose different restore point press next, and then choose any restore point day before you were doing that, but you're gonna lose some softwares due that, not data or anything, just latest installed software.
