Help, GTA V freezes everytime I press my first button.

Greetings,

Every time I begin to play GTA V it freezes as soon as the first scene starts and I touch any button. This is a brand new copy I purchased off steam. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PC specs:
7700k @5gh
32 gb ddr4 @3200
Asus strix 1080

Did you try with the CPU at stock clocks?
Sometimes a overclock seems stable but produces a problem here or there.

I haven't changed the OC but the game ran perfectly the first couple times i played it. Every other game I play works great except this one.
