Issue with new gaming monitor (Would you return this or is it normal?)

I recently upgraded from a old 60 HZ monitor to the following

Dell S2716DG on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Current Resolution 2048x1152 pixels
Work Resolution 2048x1112 pixels
State Enabled, Primary
Monitor Width 2560
Monitor Height 1440
Monitor BPP 32 bits per pixel
Monitor Frequency 144 Hz

The performance is nothing short of spectacular HOWEVER from time to time I get small white square/line on far right edge of the screen. It doesn't happen every day and to fix it all I do is turn the monitor off then on once. Is this normal monitor burn in or should I replace the monitor?
