PC Turns off randomly and often when playing games

For a while my PC has been turning off on its own randomly, however recently my PC has been turning off quite often when playing games, my CPU can reach a high of 60°C when playing games, is this the reason my PC is turning off? if so would I just need a new CPU cooler?

These are my specs if it helps
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 970 4GB
Memory: 20GB HyperX RAM
PSU: Corsair 750w
Motherboard: Asus Z97 Maximus VII Hero

Im pretty sure my CPU cooler is the cooler master hyper 212 evo

PSU could be dying. Sounds like it as well. Try with a spare PSU which you know works and is of good quality.

What GPU temps? Run memtest86 on each of your RAM sticks multiple times individually.

Can't check what my GPU temps are currently but it was pretty average I'm pretty sure, and are you sure it would be my PSU, I assume 750w should be fine for these specs, and it's only around 3 years old

From the looks of it, it is sounding like your PSU as it only happens in games, correct? Run Memtest on your sticks.
