I am wondering which pair would be better for gaming and more future proof as the 2 pairs are closely priced in my country so if I wanted to build a PC I can afford any of these pairs.
Would take the 7500/1070Ti combo. The 7500 is still find for gaming and the 1070Ti is a LOT more powerful than the 1060, which will mean you'll be better off for a lot longer.
The i7-7700 is a much better CPU so longevity is a big factor there. The 1060 can still handle most/all games just fine at 1080p on high settings. The 1070 Ti would give you better FPS, but would still be best on 1080p(1440p would probably be fine as well). Neither card is really meant for 4k gaming though. Chances are you are going to upgrade the GPU well before you upgrade from an i7-7700.
My vote goes for the 1070/i5 combo. It will be much better than the i7/1060 in gaming. However, keep in mind, the minimum frame rates in some CPU intensive games may dip below i7 levels depending on the settings and resolution
I'd lean to the i5/1070 combo, but, what resolution/refresh is your monitor?
I am going to get a 1080p 60Hz or 75Hz but even if I get a 60Hz monitor I want a more future proof PC that can handle games at 50-60 fps in the coming years not neccesarly on the highest settings.
Well, 1060 6GB would be good for max details at 1080p/60Hz, but 1070 would easily cover that, and very likely more if future games get more detail intense.
But, if you're saying not necessarily on the highest settings, then possibly the i7/1060 combo is the way to go.
I have a i5-7600k and the 1060 and every game i've played so far has been able to run 50-60 Fps with max settings
(Skyrim, Fallout 4, Space engineers, Subnautica, Total wars Rome 2, Planetside 2, and Elite Dangerous) My Monitor is 1920x 1080
