How to fix corrupted files on windows 10

I am having trouble with my SSD, recently I deleted video games off of steam that was stored on my SSD. I currently have 9 GB left of my 120 SSD I can't find the files that have all the data. I tried to reset windows to factory settings with no luck. its saying i need a recovery disk which i do not have wondering if anyone can help me with this

my problem is I cant find the corrupted files on my SSD i used spacesniffer and I'm not sure which files I can delete or even if the files I'm missing are in the program

2. Why do you think that you have corrupt files?
3. Do you have any personal data on this drive?
