LCD Monitor( philips 22pfh4000/88) before CRT Monitor (Philips Brilliance 109P10)
and no lag, and new monitor LCD, lag, fps game, how to fixed? maybe input lag.

Give me your system specs and see how big your fps is. Your new "monitor" is a TV so the input lag is probably caused by filtering features on the TV.

My pc specs: cpu: Intel Core DUO 2 E 8400 2x 3.00 Ghz, and Videocard: NVIDIA Geforce gt 610, RAM: 3 GB

Try disabling the filter features on your TV aka everything that "improves video quality"
