2nd monitor not working "no signal"

When I moved my pc so I could fit some of my stuffs on my desk, I had to change where my PC is located. Before doing this, both my monitors are working, but now only one is working, which is the main monitor I am using. Anyone knows any fix for this?

CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i

Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB, 2 x 1 TB Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003
PSU: Corsair CX750M 750W
Main Monitor: Samsung C24FG70FQU (1080p, 144hz)
Second Monitor: Samsung S23B300B (1080p, 60 hz)

If the monitors are plugged in the same, swap the cables and tell us what happens.
