Looking for a good 144hz monitor

I've been looking to upgrade my tv (i know) that i run my pc from to a high refresh rate monitor, as my tv is only 60hz and is putting me at a disadvantage in fps games. My cpu is i5 6400 and my graphics card is a gtx 1050, but I'm waiting for Nvidia to release their new line of gpu's (amphere i think) then i will upgrade.

I've been recommended the benq xl2411p and the viewsonic xg2402, but I'm just wondering, are there any better 1080p 144hz monitors out there?

Note: I don't mind about freesync as I have a nvidia gpu and am not planning to move to amd, but I don't mind if the monitor has freesync or not, as i won't be using it.

What is your budget? What size are you interested in?

Asus makes some very good 144 Hz monitors.

If you can afford it the "ASUS ROG PG278QR Black 27" 1ms (GTG) 165Hz WQHD 2560x1440 NVIDIA G-Sync Gaming Monitor" is very hard to beat.

My budget is around £250, so the 2 monitors I stated (Viewsonic XG2402 and the BenQ XL2411p) are my only choices I think, which do you recommend out of these 2? Or have you found any better for the same-ish price?

Between those two monitors, I would get the BenQ XL2411.

In the end, I went with BenQ and ordered the XL2411P, thanks for your help guys
