Your motherboard supports 2666 Native and up to 4333 OC, so no problems there.
Now what speed you want will be down to what usage you have. It totally depends on what you'll be using your PC for.
Assuming gaming: Modern day gaming shows higher DDR4 RAM speeds does have some (if sometimes very minor) impact on gaming performance. In many, you won't see too much difference between 2400 and 3200. But games such as Fallout 4 for example, you will get more performance with higher speeds.
Other games however you will see no noticeable difference between 2133 and 3200.

All i would say, is that games are heading towards using RAM speeds mroe effectively, so it may be more future considerate to opt for 3200. Even though now you may not see mass difference depending on what you're doing, if it is gaming, you may find some better performance in the near future.
