I have multiple computers, do I have to download Windows 10 on each computer.

You can certainly download Win 10 and write it to a USB drive or DVD one time and then install from that device many times. However, when you install to the multiple computers, you will need a unique product key for each of them in order to activate the installation.

For example, if you have 5 PCs that you wish to install Win 10 on, you'll need 5 licenses (product keys).
