I dont like that board a bunch of those have Vram heat issues, other than that I would get a better cooler.
You can get just as good of a power supply for a bit less money.

I'd stay away from Seagate drives; I've had more die on me than I have fingers on one hand and failure rates are higher as noted here https://www.backblaze.com/blog/hard-drive-failure-rates-q3-2017/. I'd recommend WD for mechanical drives (good SSDs as well) for reliability.
