Unable to install .Net Framework 3.5

Hello everyone

I have the latest build of Windows 10 and it's fully updated through Windows Update.

When I go to Windows Features, I mark the box of net Framework 3.5 (net framework 4.0 is activated), the system tells me to restart. But it never remains activated (unchecked box again).

When I check the box, windows tells me that it has installed the program and I have to reboot. It doesn't show any kind of error or anything.

When I use the command line method, nothing works. I have the latest windows 10 ISO in the USB so it's not a version problem.

Any thoughts??

Try downloading the offline installer from the Microsoft website and manually installing it.

I already tried that. I've done almost all the solutions and nothing works! Unbelievable...

I just did a recovery install of Windows 10 from the Recovery Menu, keeping all my files. After that, I could successfully enable the Net Framework 3.5.
