Alt key get stuck every once in a while

It is not the physical key for sure, tried more then 1 keyboard, and the only thing that fixes it is restarting the computer. I tried a sfc /scannow too

How can I get rid of it? Run a full virus check and it will do the job? or is there something more?

Allright so I scanned with malware and it did find 5 threats, they wasn't keyloggers tho
