Bsod led to black screen after start up before the sign in screen. help asap

Hi please could someone help me?
I recently got the blue screen of death I let my PC restart and it did as normal as soon as it came to the sign in screen it flickered and went to a black screen this happens every time I start up my pc now. Specs are below. Thank you for taking the to.e to read this. Please help if possible.

Specs :
CPU: AMD FX 4300
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 460 4GB Edition
RAM: 8 GB

Can you see anything on your screen prior to sign in? Can you take out your graphics card and use on board graphics if necessary changing settings in BIOS?

No I can't see anything prior to the sign in screen. I don't think it's a graphics issue I think it's something to do with my ssd which has windows installed on it

Does it work in safe mode. Could be display drivers. Does it show bios?

Yes I can get into the bios. I'll check safe mode now
