OS not found...

Yesterday my new build arrived, I assembled it and it was running fine until the today, when I started the comp and received the message: ''An operating system wasn't found try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press ctrl alt delete to restart'' This baffles me because it was running perfect last night but today I try to start it and I'm hit with this message on startup.. I'm thinking maybe it's something to do with my operating system being installed on the samsung SSD, but I don't know for certain what is causing this issue. It's so annoying as it's a really expensive build but I cant play. Please help

Silly answer, but make sure you don't have any USB flash drives plugged in as your PC might be trying to boot from one of them!

check your bios and make sure the correct drive is setup as the boot drive.
