Cannot Access BIOS Setup (Black Screen)

Hi, I'm trying to get into the BIOS setup but I've been getting a black screen. I hit F12 during startup to enter the boot menu, and then click on setup and all I get is a black screen with no options, meaning I have to force a shutdown


Below are my specs:

OS: Windows 10 64-bit
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
Memory: 8 GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 270X
Hard Drive: WDC WD1003FZEX-00MK2A0 ATA Device
PSU: Corsair VS650

Try to re-plug your ram and graphic card again.
