Help, Screen Saver not Automatically starting!

Hi, so for some reason when i did a FRESH install of Windows 10 recently my screen saver won't automatically start.

I followed this method in order to fix my screen saver issue:

i used the "powercfg" in command prompt and it shows that i have nothing running in my windows background that may prevent from my screen saver not starting.

What else can i do in order to start my screen saver automatically?

is the screensaver one of the built in ones? shame they got rid of the stars one from long ago...

Is it a screensaver problem or PC won't go to sleep? they aren't exactly the same thing.

no i tired the built in one, and a another screen saver software called DIGITAL 7. Both screen savers and others won't start automatically. This didn't happened before when i had the same exact Windows OS, and same settings of softwares already installed. Like my keyboard software, to headphones, etc.

For some reason now with the FRESH install of the exact same Windows OS, my screen saver is not automatically starting.
