Computer has been running slow no matter what I do . Help me please

My cmputer has been running slow for the past couple days I completly did a full reset of all files and windows, installed all new grpahic card drivers and its still running slow getting 30 and under frames on league and and games I use to run 100+ fps

I have a gtx 1070ti
I7-770k
windows 10 pro 64
16gb ram
