Black screen after windows logo, tried to reinstall windows but only black screen after BIOS. Need to buy a new HDD?

Exactly like my title said. First I've tried everything microsoft said but no success. I also went into all different type of forums with similiar problems but nothing worked for me. I tried tp reinstall windows 10 again and it only showev a blackscreen after BIOS. Does this mean it's my HDD not working so I will need to buy a new?

did you try to use another sata cable and port on the board .

A black screen after windows logo would tell me that it might be a problem with your video driver. Try booting into safe mode.
