Computer completely freezes every 4 to 5 days

I'm on Windows 10. My computer will just freeze, can't move mouse, do anything with keyboard, display freezes, every 4 to 5 days and it just seems to happen randomly. There isn't necessarily any thing that is triggering it as far as I can tell because it happens when I'm doing different things. The only way to then restart the computer is to hold down the power button. I've looked at the reliability monitor and the only error on the date that it freezes is Windows was unexpectedly shutdown. Is there any way I can view log errors for this or what would you recommend to try to resolve this?

I should also mention this just started happening a few months ago. I've had my PC since 2013

So I do not know how to view the error logs hopefully someone else can say, what cooler is on your cpu? Did you take apart your computer a few months ago?
