Can i use a free sync monitor with an Nvidia graphics card?

So, i finally built the new computer 6 months behind schedule. It has dual 1080ti's in SLI. So with that said, i upgraded to 1440p 144hz. My first monitor was kinda terrible so i exchanged it for a different one. The new one is absolutely amazing. But there's is one problem. It's free sync. Now, i know i'll be unable to to use free sync with my setup but can i still use the monitor or will there be issues with it? I love this monitor and would hate to give it up. Thanks!

Yes, it is just a normal monitor as far as NVIDIA cards are concerned.
