BSOD on fresh windows 10 install

CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD on a fresh windows 10 install. It happens 10 minutes after starting windows up.

Specs:
RYZEN 5 1600
MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon
G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200mhz 16gb
750W PSU
Sapphire R9 390 NITRO

No OC, everything is set to Auto.
Sometimes I don't get a BSOD, but it just freezes, and then I have to cut the power.

Please help, I'm going insane.
