Hey everyone, I just upgraded my PC's hardware and ever since I got it I've been getting BSoD's only when I have browsers open, games work okay and everything else does but if I have a browser open it will blue screen sooner or later, the error I get is "Memory_Management", I know it's not my RAM because I had it checked, any ideas?

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

memory managementr can be drivers, ram or hdd. Normally drivers. Wait until you get another bsod and then we see what dumps show.

I actually haven't had the blue screen since I made this post so fingers crossed it is fixed, if it happens again I will reply with the minidumps :)

What do you mean by cloud server?

A cloud server is a place where you can upload your dump files and share them. Examples:

Google Drive
https://www.google.com/drive/

Microsoft OneDrive
https://onedrive.live.com/

Dropbox
https://www.dropbox.com/

Mediafire
http://www.mediafire.com/

Be sure to make the files publicly accessible so that it doesn't require a login.

Provide a link to the files here in the forum so others can download and review the files.

You have BIOS version F4. The latest is version F7. Note: Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

ShellExperienceHost.exe runs universal apps, all the ones off the store
consent.exe is tied into the UAC

neither of these show a pattern so if it had just been chrome I would guess it was the lan drivers

had any trouble with your blue snowball mic?

So it's my BIOS's fault? So I should update it? I'm confused.

Nope no issue with my blue snowball, there's no pattern at all?

I can't tell you with any certainty that updating your BIOS will fix your BSODs. However, if you look at the version update information on each BIOS release you will see what all has been enhanced/fixed. You have the first release. Since then, updates have improved or fixed compatibility with graphics cards, memory, and more. Updating a BIOS can sometimes (although rarely) fix BSODs.

Well, I'll bring it in tomorrow to see if the person that built it can fix it, I didn't mention this but some games crash a lot too, I'm really unsure what is causing it
