Error:1962 , do i like reinstall windows from flashdrive?

So im getting a system error 1962 "no operating system found" its a prebuilt Lenovo machine, and based on what i heard its a common error to Lenovo users.

I tried numerous ways to get rid of it and about to call a IT guy to fix it next week.

As a last ditch effort, should i try doing a new install of unlicensed windows with an usb to see if it works?(got a old machine which is still working)

1. you probably bough a Lenovo without o/S on it. happens all the time. if it has OS try F9 on logo if ois was installed the recovery should permit to reinstall to factory settings.

2. sure you can reinstall windows 10 on it and see. here download it from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

I've tried pressing f9, nothing happens. As well as other methods which all failed. Reinstalling might be my best bet right now.

Just curios though is it possible to download the windows installer into a flashdrive from mobile? I could just do it on my old pc but its gonna take a while to set it up.
