Recommendations for 1440p Monitor, IPS VS TN

Could anyone please answer me, do you really ips over tn panel even though ips has so much backlight bleeding and dead pixels horror stories, esecially from the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q

im currently looking at 1440p monitors (not curved or wide screen)

i would much rather these two below because of the price of the TN monitors because ips back light bleed and dead pixels scare me.

It's a question of usage. For fast paced gaming where fps is a must have for seamless game play, like GTA5, BF1 etc, then you'd be better off with the considerably faster TN panels. If quality of colors and a richer, more lifelike picture is more important, like Skyrim or WoW etc then an IPS panel is better. For things like photo editing, an IPS is far better, just for realistic color representation, but for Office type work such as spreadsheets, no one cares.

I have 5 TN panels, 2x Asus and 3x Sony. The 2x Asus are flawless, all 3x Sony have backlight bleed on the edges and dead pixels. It can and does happen to every type of panel, but most times you don't hear about it. You spend $700+ for a monitor, you'll see complaints, you spend...
