Windows Boots Into Automatic Repair

I've had newly built system for about 3 months. The first time and second time I booted Windows 10 on my new system it had display issues... I got a new monitor and with help from an IT guy he installed Windows 10 again. It was working fine until today when I booted my computer it booted into Automatic Repair and had been. I tried resetting but it said there was an error. I tried changing boot priority in BIOS to my hard drive first and windows doesn't boot. Help me please?!
