This FPS is normal for this specs for CS GO?

First of all sorry for my english and if or not this tread is in correct forum.

I have a gaming laptop;
intel i7 6700hq 2.6ghz
GTX 965M 4 GB
16 GB 2133 mhz

I play 1280x960 stretch and everything is low. I get around 170-200 fps in MM. 120-150 fps in DM. This is normal

Try to set launch options, go to nvidia settings and tweak there things like multithreading, optimize compute perfromance, powermanagement... you have a lot of videos in youtube for Laptops.
