I just built a new computer from the ground up and I have everything installed on a SSD and was running perfectly and then I shut down and I added the remaining hard drives I had to hook up and now when I start it, everything turns on but no bios or anything just a blank screen like it detected the source but nothing pops up please help me.

Specs:MSI Z370 M5
Samsung 960 evo 500gb
I7-8700k
Gtx 1080 strix

Solution
If you disconnect the remaining hard drives does the system powers ON?
If it does then:
Enter the BIOS enable hot plug capability. Also, select 'Windows Boot Manager' on the 'Boot Priority Order'.

Power off and just connect the power cable to the remaining hard drives (SATA data).
Power on the PC and let it boot into Windows, then connect the SATA data cables to the remaining hard drives.
